Reporting to the Chief Executive, this pivotal leadership role comes at a time of growth and innovation. As Director of Finance & Resources, you will oversee Finance, Facilities, IT, Data, Risk, and Governance, ensuring resilience and sustainability. You’ll shape strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team, drive transformation, and champion innovation, while safeguarding excellence through robust financial leadership, governance, and compliance. This is more than a finance role; it’s an opportunity to make a real difference for children, young adults, and families across the region.

We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with senior leadership experience and a strong track record in strategic financial management. Commercially astute, collaborative, and values-driven, you’ll inspire teams and build strong partnerships.
