We're currently looking for a Senior Nurse (Band 6 equivalent) to join our highly skilled team of health care professionals. Join our care team and never look back with one of the most rewarding careers in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to the care team to ensure effective delivery of care for life limited and life threatened children and young adults.
- Work across all teams to ensure a high standard of individualised care is provided.
- Provide clinical leadership to staff; promote empowerment, advocacy and partnership for children, young adults and families.
- Support the Practice Education team to embed evidence based nursing care.
- Recognise the need for psychological support and work alongside the Family Support Team.
