We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our highly skilled care team looking after children and young adults with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each child's individual needs and preferences.
- Supporting children and young adults with daily living activities, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
- Working closely with families, recognising parents as the experts in the care of their children and young adults.
- Monitoring wellbeing and sharing any concerns or changes with the Senior Nurse or Clinical Team Manager and parents as necessary.
- Creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child and young adult can thrive.
- Contributing to a culture of safety through excellent safeguarding, infection prevention and risk management practices.
- Supporting the values and reputation of Naomi and Jack's through everything you do.
