As the region’s leading children’s and young adult’s hospice service, Naomi House & Jacksplace have a reputation for providing expert care to some of the most complex children and young adults from across the south. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the expanding services of the Trust, within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will deliver strategic and operational leadership on all people initiatives, to embed the culture that helps us achieve our goals. With a small professional team of both HR and Volunteer colleagues, you will design and implement all core HR processes such as recruitment, reward and retention, learning and development, and colleague feedback and engagement, to staff and volunteers across all departments.

About You
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience of all areas of core HR subjects such as recruitment, retention, L&D, OD, reward and recognition, employee engagement and cultural development initiatives
- Experience of leading a professional team
- Experience of working at senior management level
- Ability to enable and support cultural change
- Evidence of developing a range of People Strategies
- Evidence of managing complex employee relations issues
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
