We are seeking an experienced Director of Student Recruitment to lead and drive student enrolment for our Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
- Oversee admissions operations and recruitment performance
- Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment channels
- Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns and outreach activities
- Ensure full compliance with SSG, EduTrust, and PDPA requirements
- Lead and develop the student recruitment and admissions team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in student recruitment or education marketing, with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore PEI landscape, including SSG / EduTrust
- Proven track record in achieving enrolment targets
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
