Responsibilities
- Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to student enrollment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruitment staff.
- Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment partners locally and overseas.
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, open houses, roadshows, and education fairs.
- Monitor recruitment data, conversion rates, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EduTrust, PDPA, and institutional policies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in a Private Education Institution (PEI).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and external agents.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the Singapore private education landscape and EduTrust requirements.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
