Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to student enrollment.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruitment staff.
  • Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment partners locally and overseas.
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, open houses, roadshows, and education fairs.
  • Monitor recruitment data, conversion rates, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EduTrust, PDPA, and institutional policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in a Private Education Institution (PEI).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and external agents.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore private education landscape and EduTrust requirements.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
