The Role: Counter Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Counter Lead to be the face and driving force of our front‑of‑house operations. You will be responsible for setting the pace, ensuring flawless customer service, and upholding our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the counter staff, including assigning tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring all team members are trained and motivated.

  • Order Management: Efficiently manage the flow of in‑person and online orders, coordinating with the kitchen team to minimize wait times in our fast‑paced environment.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure the front counter, dining area, and all service stations are kept clean, organized, and comply with all health and safety standards.
  • Gold Card Ambassador: Be an expert on our brand and Gold Card program, engaging with our most passionate (and tattooed) fans.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or customer service leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team during peak hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with cash handling and order accuracy.

  • Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
