Group Financial Controller
Salary: 60 - 80K p.a
Candidate Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or a similar senior role.

Duties:
- Modernise and streamline the accounts team: Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department. Identify and adopt modern accounting practices and technology to enhance productivity.
- Ensure timely production of management reports: Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and insightful management reports to aid in decision-making processes.
- Manage and maintain efficient staff levels and productivity: Oversee the finance team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the delivery of month-end deadlines: Ensure the timely completion of month-end processes, including financial reconciliations and reporting, to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Assist in preparation of information for auditors: Collaborate with the audit team to provide necessary financial data and support during the audit process.
- Submission of monthly VAT returns: Ensure compliance with tax regulations by accurately preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns.
- Stock movement reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of stock movements and ensure accurate accounting of inventory.
- Cashflow forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial advice and support to senior management: Offer expert financial insights and guidance to aid senior management in strategic planning and business decisions.
