Job Description
Finance Manager Duties:
- End to end delivery of the monthly management accounts to include improving the process, reporting and insight as the business grows
- Delivering the monthly payment run process
- Provide commercial support for customer contracts and lead on driving down debtor days
- Support supplier negotiations across the business
- Support all external reporting as applicable to include the annual audit
- Support the Head of Strategic FP&A with the annual strategic planning process
- Develop dashboards, reports, and management information to better understand business performance and the key drivers behind it
Candidate Criteria:
- A passion for AR and the potential this technology brings
- An ability to work in a fast paced, often ambiguous, environment learning on the job where required
- People oriented and results driven
- Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- A relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery
- Ability to partner with senior business leaders
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Experience of working in a start-up environment and/or a global company is desirable, but not essential
