Typical skillsOrchestrate Excellence in SDLC within the AI era: Direct the multidisciplinary "Product Squads", comprising world-class software engineers and data scientists, to ensure monthly release cycles and bi-annual major launches are executed with precision. Bridge the Gap: Act as the strategic link between internal innovation and global client implementation. You'll engage with key technology stakeholders, ensuring the AI delivers on its "Metrics."you're building a legacy. You'll design career paths, mentoring programs, and high-performance frameworks that empower teams of "adults" to take full ownership of the company's vision. Candidate Criteria: You should be a seasoned leader who understands that great technology is only as good as its delivery.
