Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee engineering designs, drawings, and documentation from concept through to final delivery.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and engineering meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, industry standards, and client specifications.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical design and engineering team in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for the oil & gas and energy industry. Ideally should have proved hands on practical experience having progressed through to an engineering role - with a keen eye for design and ability to lead engineering.

This is a pivotal leadership role in a well-established engineering business, where you'll be responsible for managing a skilled team, overseeing the full lifecycle of mechanical systems and product development, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

You'll also play a customer-facing role, supporting bids and quotations with technical input and helping shape engineering solutions that meet client requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations and procurement to drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
