This is a high-impact role combining strategic product marketing with hands-on execution.

You will translate customer, clinical and competitive insights into differentiated positioning, launch programmes, sales enablement and adoption strategies that deliver measurable commercial results across both direct and distributor markets.

Working within a global and regional matrix, you will partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, Product and other cross-functional teams to turn global objectives into effective regional execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market, product marketing and commercialisation strategies, particularly for the launch and growth of CORIS.
  • Lead market development, segmentation, market modelling and opportunity assessment across EMEA.
  • Translate customer, clinical and competitive insights into compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions.
  • Develop integrated launch, campaign, customer engagement and adoption programmes that drive measurable commercial results.
  • Partner with Sales and distributors on sales enablement, customer engagement and market development initiatives.
  • Oversee content, digital marketing, events, education and other activities across the marketing mix.
  • Manage budgets, agencies and external partners, using data and KPIs to optimise investment and demonstrate ROI.
  • Work collaboratively across global and regional teams, ensuring effective local execution while maintaining alignment with global strategy.
  • Ensure marketing activities meet relevant healthcare compliance, regulatory and ethical requirements.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field; postgraduate marketing qualification desirable.
  • 8+ years’ B2B/product marketing or strategic partnerships experience, ideally in Med Tech, medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven track record developing go-to-market strategies, launching and scaling products, market segmentation and sales enablement, with measurable commercial results.
  • Strong knowledge of the endoscopy market, ideally including device reprocessing, and a good understanding of hospital buying processes and healthcare commercial dynamics.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience using customer insights, data and KPIs to drive decisions, prioritise investment and demonstrate ROI.
  • Broad B2B marketing expertise across digital, content, campaigns, events and customer engagement, including budget and agency management.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Collaborative, influential and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across global and regional teams and influence without authority in a regulated environment.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Nanosonics’ endoscopy portfolio across EMEA, with significant responsibility for market development and the commercialisation of CORIS.
