Role Overview

Within IQVIA\’s UK & Ireland Healthcare and Government division, the Insight & Feedback team develops tools and strategies to gather insights from staff, patients, and service users. We are a leading provider of health and social care survey programs.

We work with NHS organizations, conducting real-time data collection on patient, staff, and service user experiences, and with national bodies like the Care Quality Commission and NHS England. Internationally, we collaborate with the life sciences industry, healthcare payers, providers, charities, and Patient Advisory Groups.

Survey Solutions

  • Questionnaire Management Platform (QMP): Used for national survey programs combining paper, online, SMS, and telephone surveys.
  • IQVIA Connection: A configurable, real-time deployment platform, available as managed or self-service.
  • Market Research & Consulting: Provides qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

The Team

The Technical Services Team delivers platforms to collect feedback and insights, working with clients to improve patient, service user, and staff experiences.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you will supervise a team managing various projects and systems, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery. You will provide support to stakeholders, mentor team members, and improve processes to maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage setup and delivery of operational systems for survey programs.
  • Supervise and develop Technical Service staff.
  • Oversee data progression, integrity, quality assurance, and preparation for reporting.
  • Handle issues and support investigations.
  • Support information governance and data security activities.
  • Drive process improvements and automation.
  • Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
  • Proactive, supportive of change management.
  • Experience with SQL, data handling, HTML, CSS, and MS Office.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of LEAN principles.
