The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Manage a team of clinical staff supporting clinical studies to ensure proper resourcing, training, and achievement of project objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Manage staff according to organizational policies and regulations, including planning, work assignment, performance assessment, professional development, rewards, discipline, and employee relations.
  • Participate in hiring processes by reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Ensure staff have necessary materials, system access, and training; oversee training plans, SOP reviews, and training experiences.
  • Allocate resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff based on experience and training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of staff's clinical work through regular reviews.
  • Identify quality risks, develop corrective actions to address deficiencies.
  • Ensure staff meet workload and quality metrics, with regular review and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address project challenges and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Participate in departmental quality and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
  • Experience in Pharma and/or FSP.
  • At least 3 years of line management and project management experience, preferably managing Project Management professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
