IQVIA Medical Communications (IMC) seeks an Associate Scientific Director to lead the development of medical and scientific communication solutions, including scientific platforms, medical plans, publication plans, advisory boards, and steering committees, while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead development and delivery of medical and scientific communication programs from business development to execution.
- Create innovative communication strategies for multi-faceted programs based on therapy area, market, and client goals.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, present scientific concepts, and facilitate discussions.
- Coordinate and ensure the production of high-quality deliverables that meet client needs, compliance, deadlines, and scope.
- Design, review, and improve deliverables; mentor team members; provide scientific counsel and strategic advice.
- Grow the business through existing and new clients, including leading proposals and RFIs/RFPs, project specifications, and cost estimates.
- Identify new solutions and services, participate in industry forums, contribute to thought leadership, and enhance the company's reputation.
- Assist in operational management, develop SOPs, and meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Travel up to 10% for face-to-face meetings, congresses, or other events.
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent experience.
- Over 6 years of experience in medical/scientific communications, including review/QC, proposals, and scientific leadership.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent writing and content development skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, mentorship, and business development skills.
- Understanding of industry guidelines and the pharmaceutical/healthcare landscape.
- Strategic, therapeutic expertise, and creative leadership abilities.
