As we continue to grow our CORIS business across EMEA, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and ongoing adoption of our solutions across Ireland and the United Kingdom.
The opportunity
As the CORIS Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, deployment and ongoing support of CORIS systems across public and private healthcare providers throughout Ireland and the UK. Acting as a key technical and project management contact for customers, you will support them throughout the sales, implementation and post-installation journey. Working closely with our Sales, Clinical Affairs, Service, Marketing and Operations teams, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully, customers are supported, and long-term adoption and satisfaction are achieved. This is a highly visible, field-based role with the opportunity to play an instrumental part in driving the growth of CORIS through technical expertise, project leadership and exceptional customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation and deployment projects across Ireland and the UK
- Act as the primary project management and technical contact throughout the customer journey
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, stakeholders, risks and project deliverables
- Support technical customer discussions during the sales process and contribute to tender submissions
- Work closely with customers to support successful adoption and ongoing use of CORIS
- Deliver technical training and education to customer teams where required
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across public and private healthcare organisations
- Work collaboratively with internal Sales, Clinical Affairs, Service, Marketing and Operations teams
- Provide ongoing post-installation support and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and communication
About you
You will bring strong project management experience, technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset. You are comfortable working independently in a field-based environment and enjoy partnering with customers to solve problems and deliver successful outcomes. To be successful, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare project management, healthcare technology implementation or medical devices
- Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects
- Experience working within NHS, HSE or private healthcare environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting technical sales processes and tender submissions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical aptitude across software, medical devices or healthcare technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ireland and the UK
Desirable experience includes:
- Endoscopy, decontamination, infection prevention or sterile services
- Healthcare software, traceability systems or workflow management platforms
- PRINCE2, PMP or an equivalent project management qualification
- Healthcare procurement processes
- Delivering technical training programmes
- Healthcare IT environments and system integrations
