We are currently looking for a Senior SDR to work in our Central London office. The role will be responsible for defining ICPs and generating high-quality leads from agencies and brands, to increase active data segment buyers and support internationalisation of data revenue.

About the Data Sales department

The Data Sales team is responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing strategic opportunities with partners within the programmatic ecosystem to drive Nano Interactive’s segment adoption and revenue growth.

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a key role in generating a high-quality pipeline for Nano’s Data Sales team. This is not a high-volume outbound role. It is a strategic position sitting between Marketing and Sales, responsible for defining who we go after, how we engage buying groups, and what qualifies as a sales-ready opportunity. The Senior SDR will personally generate high-quality, sales-accepted opportunities while also setting standards, governing execution, and coaching SDR activity as the function sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by market, channel, and buyer type in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
  • Map and engage buying groups (traders, activation leads, data decision-makers) within target accounts.
  • Engage priority accounts directly to surface, qualify, and progress demand.
  • Convert demand signals into high-quality, sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper between SDR activity and Sales handover.
  • Ensure opportunities meet clear qualification standards (buyer intent, use case clarity, activation path).
  • Support onboarding and ramp of future SDR hires.
  • Drive consistency, discipline, and continuous improvement in SDR execution.
  • Operate within and help optimise Nano’s sales stack (CRM, outreach, data tools).

About you

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or early-stage sales roles, ideally within programmatic advertising.
  • Proven ability to generate well-qualified opportunities.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and key stakeholders.
  • Commercially curious with a strong understanding of targeting and qualification.
  • Confident qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
