RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT | Nanny & Butler | West London Location: Holland park, West London (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 base (depending on experience) 38,000 – £50,000+ per year with performance bonus Performance Bonus: £10,000 – £20,000+ per year Nanny & Butler is a specialist recruitment agency operating at the intersection of luxury, privacy, and trust. We place exceptional private staff - from nannies and household managers to personal assistants and estate staff - with UHNW families and private households across the globe. We are growing and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our West London team. As a Recruitment Consultant at Nanny & Butler, you will manage the full recruitment cycle within the private household space: building long-term relationships with discerning clients, sourcing and vetting exceptional candidates, and making placements that genuinely change lives on both sides. Develop and manage relationships with private clients and UHNW families - Source, interview, and assess candidates across a range of private household roles - We are open to candidates from a recruitment background looking to move into a specialist niche, as well as those coming from adjacent fields such as hospitality, luxury retail, estate management, or high-end client services - provided you bring the right mindset and interpersonal skills. - Naturally relationship-driven with strong commercial instincts - Fluent English essential; a second language is a genuine advantage in our international client base - Base salary of £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience - Total earnings of £38,000 – £50,000+ per year, inclusive of performance bonus - Performance bonus of £10,000 – £20,000+ per year - Private medical insurance after one year - Enhanced annual leave - Hybrid working: 3 days in our West London office, 2 days from home - Real career development within a growing, respected niche If you are looking to build a career where quality always comes before quantity, and where the relationships you build genuinely matter, we would love to hear from you.
