We are growing and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our West London team.
THE ROLE
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nanny & Butler, you will manage the full recruitment cycle within the private household space: building long-term relationships with discerning clients, sourcing and vetting exceptional candidates, and making placements that genuinely change lives on both sides.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and manage relationships with private clients and UHNW families
- Source, interview, and assess candidates across a range of private household roles
- Manage multiple live roles simultaneously with precision and discretion
- Provide a consultative, white-glove service at every stage of the process
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced team
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are open to candidates from a recruitment background looking to move into a specialist niche, as well as those coming from adjacent fields such as hospitality, luxury retail, estate management, or high-end client services - provided you bring the right mindset and interpersonal skills.
- 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, real estate, hospitality, or a client-facing role
- Naturally relationship-driven with strong commercial instincts
- Highly organised, discreet, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Fluent English essential; a second language is a genuine advantage in our international client base
- Genuinely curious about people - their lives, their needs, and what makes a perfect match
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary of £28,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
- Total earnings of £38,000 – £50,000+ per year, inclusive of performance bonus
- Performance bonus of £10,000 – £20,000+ per year
