A superb opportunity for a TOP, trained, English M/T or Spanish-speaking, Rota Nanny to support formal clients in Central London. The Rota Nanny will work as part of an extremely collaborative team, caring for two children; B5 years & baby, 3 months. The recruitment process is being run by the family's current, highly experienced, Norland Nanny who has been with the family for 5 years, and the appointment is to work alongside her.
The rota will be 2 weeks on/off (with Monday handover) performing full nanny duties for the children. Working as part of a nanny team, this role requires a nanny who is confident working both independently and collaboratively, ensuring consistency of care and routines across the rota.
A confident town and country driver is an essential requirement and the ideal candidate will have good training and be experienced with both school ages and small babies, to support all the developmental stages. Best suited to a candidate who is emotionally astute and able to read the room, with a professional and discrete approach (NDA will be provided).
Key Responsibilities- Providing attentive, nurturing care tailored to each child’s developmental stage.

- Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Organising outings such as playground visits, picnics and local activities.
- Assisting with school readiness, social development and early learning.

- Assisting with packing and preparation for travel.
- Travelling with the family as required, both in the UK and internationally.
