This busy family in SE Oxfordshire (Henley/Marlow) is looking for a loving, professional and engaging Retainer Nanny with a mature approach, to work on a retainer basis caring for three girls; 4.5 & 3 years + 11 months at the start of the appointment. The eldest daughter will be starting school in September, the middle daughter goes to a local nursery for three mornings per week and all three children attend classes and activities locally. The family have membership to local activity centres and outdoor spaces for the children to enjoy. The family would also like a nanny who enjoys being outdoors.

  • The Retainer Nanny who joins this family needs to have experience with children of similar ages.
  • They will need to have excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • The role will require the nanny to cover a maximum of 121 x 24 hour days per year, covering holiday for the children’s two Rota Nannies who work on a 24/7 rota basis as well as any sickness when available.
  • The role is a mixture of sole charge and shared care.
  • All nursery duties are required including cooking and helping with nursery drop off or pick up. The family employ a full-time housekeeper who launders and irons the children's clothes.
  • Accommodation when on duty comprises of own bedroom and private bathroom.
  • The Retainer Nanny needs to be happy to travel with the family when required.
  • There are no pets, but they would like a nanny who is comfortable around animals (eg: horses & dogs).
