Role Overview: A full‑time on‑site position with one week on / off rota, starting ASAP. The role requires a driver, strong swimmer and experience with school‑aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sole‑charge care for three children – two boys aged 14 and 11, and a girl aged 9 – during rota periods.
- Manage school routines, handle school communications and administration, and liaise with schools.
- Organise extracurricular activities, sports fixtures, summer camps, and appointments.
- Support homework, encourage independence and accountability, and facilitate complex diary management.
- Perform nursery duties: laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, packing for travel, and keep play/study areas tidy.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Act as a positive role‑model, providing guidance on etiquette, behaviour and personal organization.
- Act as proxy parenting when required and accompany the family on occasional travel.
- Collaborate with the wider household team, including another rota nanny, staff and PA.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent experience as a nanny or manny with school‑aged children.
- Proven ability to work in formal, fully staffed households.
- Highly proactive, positive, discreet and highly organised.
