A really lovely family are looking for a top, trained, Norland, Rota Nanny - someone with a kind, caring and warm nature to care for their 3‑year‑old daughter. They would like someone who is trustworthy, patient and dedicated to creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment for her to thrive.

The individual must have a proactive approach with a genuine interest and love for children and their development, to ensure all of her needs are being met. The role is a mix of sole charge and shared care, assisting and guiding the parents where necessary with childcare practices and routines. She is already in a very good routine and therefore it would be a matter of maintaining this alongside the other Nanny (who is extremely well‑known to us) and enhancing these already established schedules as and when it is required to ensure progress and consistency.

Excellent communication skills within this role is important to the family, in order for all parties to have an input on their daughter’s overall wellbeing and development, as well as ensuring that all household staff can therefore work effectively and seamlessly alongside one another.

Nursery duties include the typical responsibilities of a Nanny, such as the overall physical care of the child, providing well balanced and nutritious meals, keeping the bedroom, playroom and wardrobes organised, clean and tidy. Organizing and supervising age‑appropriate activities and playdates that support her development.

The family is looking for a certified Norland Nanny with proven experience caring for children of a similar age. You must be flexible and willing to travel within the 2 weeks you are on shift. Ability to drive is not essential.
