About the Role: The United Kingdom is a market where Nanit already has meaningful brand awareness and a growing customer base. This role is the opportunity to take that foundation and build something real with it. As Senior Manager for the United Kingdom, you will be our first dedicated in-country leader, responsible for growing Nanit into a category-defining brand in the UK market. You will own the full commercial picture: DTC, Amazon.co.uk, and retail, with the support of a world-class central team behind you in performance marketing, brand, and supply chain. This is a builder role for someone who wants market ownership. International growth is a strategic priority, and this hire is the centerpiece of how we get there. You will have direct access to the leadership team and the backing of a brand that parents already love. The infrastructure is in place, now we need the right person to unlock it.
What You’ll Do:
- Be Nanit's expert on the UK market: consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and retail landscape
- Own the UK P&L and drive revenue growth across DTC, Amazon.co.uk, and retail channels.
- Identify and execute new growth levers to accelerate market share expansion
- Evaluate the team needs to ensure the UK business is resourced for growth.
- Partner with Nanit subject matter experts in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Growth teams to leverage internal expertise.
- Build and manage retail partnerships with key UK accounts
- Localize Nanit's marketing and brand presence for the local consumer, working alongside central brand and performance teams
- Develop the demand forecast and work with supply chain to ensure the right inventory is in the right place to maximize sales
- Partner with Nanit leadership in the US to ensure consistency of UK Strategy with Global Strategy and to take learnings from the US Market
Who You Are: You are a commercially minded generalist with a strong e-commerce foundation. You know how to operate across Amazon, DTC, and retail without needing a different person for each channel. You are comfortable owning a number and building the plan to hit it. 5 to 8+ years in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail with genuine P&L or revenue accountability. Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace and DTC channel management. Startup or high-growth experience where you built the playbook rather than followed one. MBA a plus.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need)
- Equity options so you can share in our growth
- Paid parental leave for all new parents
- Employee discounts on Nanit products
- Work from home stipend
- Monthly team events

The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
