Health Care Assistants are required urgently. Nani Recruitment is currently seeking Health Care Assistants and Support Workers in Fareham, Hampshire. We offer flexible shifts, including long day or night shifts lasting 12 hours. Our goal is to meet your scheduling needs, and we can provide temporary or part-time employment options.
Duties as Health Care Assistants:
- Aiding residents with tasks related to personal care, such as bathing, maintaining personal hygiene, getting dressed, and eating.
- Engaging in recreational and social activities or events with residents, both individually and as a group, to provide physical and mental stimulation.
- Taking charge of the resident's physical and emotional well-being and addressing their social needs.
- Contributing to the creation of resident Care plans and being fully informed about any specialised support requirements.
- Supporting residents with their mobility and assisting as needed.
Requirements for Health Care Assistants:
