Our menu includes classic and speciality pizzas, antipasti, sides and desserts, serving customers through our restaurant and online ordering channels.
The opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded Sales Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and build lasting customer and partner relationships across Edinburgh.
You will develop a portfolio of business accounts, generate repeat sales and identify opportunities for workplace orders, group dining and local partnerships. Working closely with the Director and restaurant team, you will turn enquiries into profitable business while ensuring that customer commitments match our operational capacity.
About you
- Demonstrable experience in business-to-business sales, account management or business development.
- A record of winning new customers and developing repeat business.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, assess margins and manage a sales pipeline.
- Good organisational skills and confidence using spreadsheets and customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with restaurant colleagues.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, catering or a related sector.
- Knowledge of Edinburgh's business, tourism and events market.
