Nando's is seeking a Technical Manager to lead food quality, safety and sustainable sourcing across our Putney operations and supplier network.

You will shape technical strategy for produce, nutrition data, allergen management and compliance.

You will coach a team, drive supplier audits, manage HACCP programs, partner with Procurement and Sustainability, and deliver innovative products while upholding Nando's standards.
