The role of the Team Administrator is to provide dedicated support to the Asset Management team, the Head of Sustainability, and other Property Leadership Team members. This role involves high levels of administration, managing schedules, co-ordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with a variety of ad-hoc support tasks as required.

Day in the life...

  • Estate management support (40% of role): Provide admin support to the Asset Manager on all Lease, Property, Estate and Landlord matters.
  • Sustainability Team support: Support the Head of Sustainability and wider team members with ad-hoc admin duties, as well as organising and attending team meetings and events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the property & sustainability leadership team, such as managing functional events, diarising meetings and handling other ad-hoc tasks as needed including admin holiday cover.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, booking venues, and arranging necessary materials or equipment.
  • Key Functional Business Meetings: Support the meeting owner through the effective pro-active management of the meeting, gathering and preparing slide decks, outlining the agenda, meeting minutes and following up on actions.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, communication and reporting, with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

  • 3+ years experience in a similar Administration Assistant role
  • Experience of the Property industry preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to manage your own time whilst co-ordinating multiple tasks, and keeping teams engaged and informed.
  • Excellent attention to detail, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starting and motivated with great planning and organisational skills.
  • Naturally calm under pressure, able to distinguish the critical from the chaos.
  • Working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Computer literate, excellent Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook skills.
