We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to become our next People Support Advisor where you will be integral to supporting our whole candidate and employee ex PERience end to end.

The main purpose of the role is to
- Deliver quality people related self-help guidance, giving nandocas 24/7 access to useful and accurate people information.
- Deliver coaching, advice, and support for managers and all nandocas with the moments that matter throughout the candidate and nandoca ex PERience, being the first line of support for all people related queries.
- Enable the moments that matter throughout the candidate and nandoca ex PERience by delivering core people related administration and activities that keep the day-to-day operation running.
- Support the delivery of core people services to the business.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Recruitment
- Deliver effective pruning of candidate records in line with our privacy policy.
- Deliver effective triage of managers issue(s) relating to recruitment and swift resolution.
- Deliver an effective referral processes that support our policy.
- Onboarding
- Deliver an efficient and effective onboarding process for new starters that meets the operational and legal requirements for their country of employment
- Training
- Deliver an effective L&D service delivery and records to the business (excl. TNA, content design, delivery and evaluation).
- Nandoca records
- Deliver and maintain secure, accurate and easy access physical and digital Nandoca records in line with local legislation and Nando's requirements.
- Deliver references on request in line with local legislation.
- Deliver effective pruning of Nandoca records in line with our privacy notice.
- Deliver the essentials associated with changes to terms and conditions and promotion run smoothly.
- Pay and benefits
- In partnership with our payroll team, deliver timely and accurate payroll processing for all Nandocas.
- Deliver the administration of key nandoca benefits and moments that matter in Nandocas lives.
- Value protection (risk management)
- Deliver key activities that support audits completed by 3rd parties, ensuring they are supported effectively where it pertains to our people.
- Deliver local legal compliance with reporting requirements to external bodies.
- Provide monitoring of key people related risks and support for managers to mitigate that risk.
- Deliver effective triage of employee relations issues and provision of guidance to managers.
- Coordinate the resolution of people related issues identified by risk managers, ensuring they are resolved or known to people partners so that the correct action(s) can be taken.
- People support (help desk)
- Deliver an effective multi-channel help desk that is available for the business that ensures efficient and effective advice and support for all things people (policy, process, technology, best practice, services etc.).
- Support the people who contact the help desk with people change initiatives.
- People projects
- Support people projects, events and initiatives as required.
- Invoicing
- Correctly triage and assign invoices to the correct approver in the people team.
- Postage
- Management of the receipt, distribution and dispatch of people team postage
- Offboarding/Reboarding
- Deliver an efficient and effective leaver and re-hire process covering all the essentials.
- People team guides
- Develop and update accurate and helpful people team guidance and policy that is always available for Nandocas to self-serve 24/7.
- People team floor
- Deliver the activity that ensures the people team floor is well stocked, organised and maintained
- People team reporting
- Securely deliver information from our people system(s) in line with our current policies using existing reporting.
Skills Required
- 1-2 years experience in a HR administrative role
- Relevant qualifications in HR are preferred but not essential
- Exhibits genuine and broad curiosity and interest in the people space.
- Comfortable working with people systems and office tools to manage transactions/approvals, complete data entry, build documents/presentations and extract reporting.
