Job Description: Night Cleaners/Night Riders
We’re on the search for a team of Night Cleaner Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us! The role of a Night Cleaner is simple…to clean the restaurant to the highest standard from 10.30pm to 3am and/or 5am over 3-4 days. Applicants must be over 18 as this is an overnight position.
Responsibilities:
- You will clean heavy machinery, grills, ovens and other cooking equipment.
- You will need to reset each position throughout the night and clean every area in the back of house and/or front of house.
- Work with another person or two on shift.
- Be able to handle deep cleaning tasks to Nando’s high standards.
- Follow all Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Restaurant Security Measures.
