About the Point of Sale & Kitchen Management Team
Our mission is to transform the at-counter experience for both Customers and Nandocas across the globe by replacing legacy Point of Sale providers with a best-in-class, Nando's-built platform.
This is a largely greenfield programme that will become the core of Nando's ordering technology, building upon our successful digital ordering and kitchen management platforms.
Although based in the UK, the platform supports restaurants globally across the UK, South Africa, Australia and the USA, providing exciting engineering challenges around localisation, configurability and regional requirements.
The Point of Sale application delivers the assisted ordering experience, providing opportunities to build highly responsive, state-driven interfaces that integrate seamlessly with menus, payments and ordering systems.
Reliability is critical, with features such as offline capability ensuring restaurants can continue trading even when connectivity is limited.

- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers and technical leads across multiple disciplines.
