Translate agreed strategy and design decisions into clear project plans, milestones, and actions. Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where delivery is at risk. Support phased pilots, trials, and rollouts across the restaurant estate, minimising operational disruption.
- Cross-Theme Delivery Support: Manage and coordinate project activity across the core R&M theme areas, including: Supply chain and supplier change, Capacity, structure, and ways of working, Technology and CAFM enablement, Service and contract management processes. Ensure consistency of approach, sequencing, and communication across themes.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Act as a central point of coordination between Property, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external suppliers. Support engagement with Restaurants and Regional teams, ensuring issues are captured, tracked, and resolved. Prepare structured updates, papers, and actions for governance forums (Steering Groups, Working Groups).
- Supplier Mobilisation & Transition: Coordinate mobilisation activity with FM providers and support partners, including onboarding, readiness tracking, and transition planning. Track supplier actions, dependencies, and early performance indicators during trial and rollout phases. Support issue resolution and recovery planning where mobilisation risks emerge.
- Systems, Data & Reporting: Coordinate with Technology and Data teams on CAFM configuration, data migration, asset data readiness, and reporting outputs. Maintain delivery dashboards, status reports, and RAID logs to provide clear visibility of progress and issues. Support analysis required for decision-making, reviews, and assurance.
- Governance & Controls: Maintain programme documentation, plans, and logs to agreed standards. Ensure delivery activity aligns with agreed governance, safety, contractual, and financial controls. Support preparation of progress reports and materials for senior review.
