This is a 12 month Inside IR35 or Fixed Term contract, with the requirement to be in our Putney offices three days a week. This role supports the delivery of Nando’s Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) Service Transformation programme. The Transformation Manager will coordinate and manage delivery activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring plans are executed effectively, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned.
The role is focused on project coordination, mobilisation, and delivery control, working across a defined set of transformation themes covering supply chain, operating model, technology, and service management. Strategic direction will be set by senior leaders; this role is accountable for turning that direction into organised, on-the-ground delivery. The role will suit someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has hands-on Transformation experience implementing large-scale service delivery models.
- Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple R&M transformation workstreams, ensuring plans remain on track and interdependencies are actively managed.
- Translate agreed strategy and design decisions into clear project plans, milestones, and actions.
- Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where delivery is at risk.
- Support phased pilots, trials, and rollouts across the restaurant estate, minimising operational disruption.
- Cross-Theme Delivery Support
- Manage and coordinate project activity across the core R&M theme areas, including:
- Supply chain and supplier change
- Capacity, structure, and ways of working
- Technology and CAFM enablement
- Service and contract management processes
- Ensure consistency of approach, sequencing, and communication across themes.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between Property, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external suppliers.
- Support engagement with Restaurants and Regional teams, ensuring issues are captured, tracked, and resolved.
- Prepare structured updates, papers, and actions for governance forums (Steering Groups, Working Groups).
- Coordinate mobilisation activity with FM providers and support partners, including onboarding, readiness tracking, and transition planning.
- Track supplier actions, dependencies, and early performance indicators during trial and rollout phases.
- Support issue resolution and recovery planning where mobilisation risks emerge.
- Systems, Data & Reporting
- Coordinate with Technology and Data teams on CAFM configuration, data migration, asset data readiness, and reporting outputs.
- Maintain delivery dashboards, status reports, and RAID logs to provide clear visibility of progress and issues.
- Support analysis required for decision-making, reviews, and assurance.
- Governance & Controls
- Maintain programme documentation, plans, and logs to agreed standards.
- Ensure delivery activity aligns with agreed governance, safety, contractual, and financial controls.
- Support preparation of progress reports and materials for senior review.
The Candidate Should Possess / Be:
- Proven experience (c.8–10+ years) coordinating and delivering complex transformation programmes in multi-site, operations based environments.
- Strong project management discipline with experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented; able to keep momentum in complex delivery environments.
- Credible and confident working with operators, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, while bringing clarity through plans, actions, and controls.
- Strong written and verbal communicator; able to turn complexity into clear delivery actions.
- Pragmatic, resilient, and solutions-focused.
- Any working knowledge of CAFM systems, FM supply chains, and service mobilisation is desirable but not essential.
