We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors.
A Supervisor is the link between the management team and the Nandocas (team members) in the restaurant.
They help in the running of the restaurant and learn the basics of what it’s like to be a Manager.
Supervisors gain exposure to running a restaurant and managing a team and typically progress toward an Assistant Manager role.
