This is an exciting 12 month contract opportunity where you’ll play a leading role in shaping how we use Workday to drive real impact. - Lead the way in ensuring our Workday system is secure, compliant, efficient, and creating unforgettable candidate and employee experiences.
- Be the go-to expert across Workday’s Core HCM, Absence, Security, and Business Process (BP) optimisation—turning ideas into seamless solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement by reviewing configurations and identifying areas to boost performance and value.
- Own Workday release cycles—investigate changes, plan ahead, and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Collaborate with our Tech teams to manage Workday integrations and keep our systems talking happily to each other.
- Support our people by resolving escalated queries and ensuring top-notch service across all touchpoints.
- Develop training materials, lead demos, and drive change-readiness across the business.
- Create beautiful dashboards and accurate reports that help teams make better decisions, faster.
- Support major people events—think salary reviews, bonus cycles, and more.
- Conduct audits, data cleanses, and system deep-dives as needed.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Help manage our HR systems ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring we stay safe, legal, and always Nando’s-level brilliant.
