Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking a Regional People Partner to shape regional talent and people plans across Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

This 12-month fixed term contract role partners senior leaders to attract, identify, engage and develop talent within the business.

You will collaborate with Talent and the People Director to translate regional plans into the wider People Plan, driving workforce capability, succession and culture across multi-site hospitality operations.
