The Customer Team plays a key role in helping us to reach our audiences to drive customers into our restaurants and digital channels.
This product design contract will be working across the Nando's forecasting app and dashboard.
The forecasting app is one of the most pivotal digital products used in restaurants to predict sales volumes and staffing levels.
A day in the life...
Actively lead the work of 2 domains under the direction/support of the Lead within a cross functional team.
Manage/lead a project on its own, oversee through multiple projects, collaborating with the members of other product teams.
Considering multiple use cases for solutions (different channels, contexts, etc).
Discover, define insight and ideate on a problem, with a solid understanding of heuristics and UX methodologies, while having the UI chops to use existing components from our Design System or create lovely gorgeous new ones.
Be used to using research and data to validate your thinking within the design process.
Conduct user testing interviews, write surveys, and report back findings to the Lead Researcher.
Supporting teams with prototyping, A/B testing
