A Supervisor is the person in between the management team and the Nandocas (what we call our team members) in the restaurant. They help in the running of the restaurant and learn the basics of what it’s like to be a Manager. Our Supervisors get great exposure to the world of running a restaurant and managing a team. While gaining that experience, our Supervisors learn at their own pace before stepping into an Assistant Manager role. So if you see yourself running an amazing restaurant with a passionate fired‑up team in the future, start your journey by applying here to become one of our Supervisors.
