We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors. A Supervisor is the person in-between the management team and the staff (what we call Nandocas). They help in running the restaurant and learn the basics of managing a team, gaining experience before stepping into an Assistant Manager role.
What we expect from you:
- Support the management team in day‑to‑day operations
- Lead and motivate the staff during your shifts
- Ensure high standards of food safety, quality and customer service
- Assist in staff training and development
- Handle cash, tills and other operational tasks
