Responsibilities
- Live and breathe our brand and values
- Drive the development of the team and spot talent for future managers
- Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
- Manage shift operations and maintain high standards of service
- Motivate and engage the team; inspire and lead by example
- Deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to customers, whether in restaurants or in their homes
- Support the team in a fast‑paced, ever changing environment
- Assist with training, performance reviews, and staffing plans
Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Strong energy, passion, pride, and drive to motivate and engage a team
- Customer‑obsessed mindset with enthusiasm for delivering quality service
- Ability to learn and develop; comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
