We’re looking for Back of House Nandocas (our Team Members) to join us! The role of a Back of House Nandoca is to prepare and cook PERi-PERi meals to delight our guests.
We offer both full and part-time positions. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your passion and willingness to learn, and we will teach you everything you need to know. This role is for our new Edinburgh Gyle restaurant opening on 20th August 2025.
What I do:
- Create a welcoming environment by cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando’s high standards.
- Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations.
- Perform deep cleaning to Nando’s standards.
- Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security protocols.
