Responsibilities
- Treat the restaurant as your own business, driving decisions and creating an outstanding culture.
- Lead the team to achieve targets and KPI’s, managing day‑to‑day operations.
- Develop and grow your staff, creating future managers.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring PERi‑PERi service across all touchpoints.
