Role Overview
We are looking for Night Cleaners (referred to as Nandocas) to keep the restaurant clean to the highest standard overnight.
Responsibilities
- Reset each position throughout the night.
- Clean every area in both the back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house.
- Work in partnership with another person.
- Handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards.
- Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
Requirements
- Must be able to work during the night shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
- Work effectively in a team.
- Meet high cleaning standards.
- Comply with safety and hygiene procedures.
