We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and drive our standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant on shift as part of the leadership team, ensuring the Nando’s customer journey is carried out across all channels.
- Develop and motivate your team; identify and nurture talent for future managerial roles.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, food quality, and guest experience; respond to guest needs promptly.
- Support brand values and maintain a positive, energetic work environment.
