Responsibilities
- Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values; manage the team to reflect those values
- Drive team development and mentor future managers
- Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
- Maintain high standards of food, service and customer experience (PERi‑PERi quality)
- Support training and development initiatives as part of the 3‑month training plan from Day 1
- Contribute to team bonding and engagement opportunities throughout the year
