We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who will lead with passion, embody our values and help the team deliver great experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values, and lead the restaurant team on shift to deliver the customer journey across all channels.
- Develop and motivate team members; identify talent for future management roles.
- Ensure consistent delivery of service, food quality and overall customer experience.
- Drive a positive, energetic work culture with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet business targets and uphold brand standards.
