What is a Supervisor? A Supervisor acts as a bridge between the management team and our team members, called Nandocas. They assist in restaurant operations and gain foundational management experience.
Supervisors gain valuable exposure to restaurant management and team leadership, learning at their own pace before progressing to an Assistant Manager role.
