Responsibilities

  • Act as a Patrao (our General Manager) and treat the restaurant as if it’s your own business
  • Make decisions and create a great culture within the restaurant
  • Lead the team towards targets and KPI’s
  • Develop and grow your team to create Managers of the future
  • Drive sales in a multi‑channel environment
  • Maintain a customer‑focused atmosphere and deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to our customers whether in restaurants or in their homes
