Responsibilities
- Maintain and drive high standards of guest experience and service on shift
- Lead, develop and motivate team members; identify and cultivate future manager talent
- Oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards and health & safety compliance
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure smooth restaurant performance
Qualifications
- Previous management experience and energy to inspire and motivate
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and delivering great PERi-PERi
- Strong communication, adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a team and drive development for future managers
